I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.

You are welcome to share the finished piece on your personal platforms (with credit; my username is @pashiegom on all platforms), but you may not reproduce or profit from it in any form— including through merchandise, advertising, NFTs, AI datasets, or monetized content.

Please don’t request changes to my art style. If my art style does not align with your vision or preferences, I kindly ask that you refrain from commissioning me.

Any attempt to breach or bypass these terms may result in being blacklisted from future services. Thank you for your understanding!

All commissions are 100% UPFRONT and NON-REFUNDABLE via Vgen Payments or Paypal. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree that you will not issue chargebacks.

Work will begin only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Final pricing may increase depending on the complexity of the character, design elements, specific requests, etc. If you’re unsure whether your concept falls under this, feel free to inquire! I'd be happy to provide a quote.

Upon receiving the initial sketch, unlimited revisions are welcome. This is the ideal stage to request changes to pose, expression, composition, or design elements, so please be thorough and communicate all necessary details to me before I proceed beyond the sketch!

Once the sketch is approved and I move on to the rendering phase (e.g., line art, coloring, shading), only limited, minor revisions will be accepted; such as adjusting small color details, tweaking facial expressions, or fixing overlooked errors.

Please note that major revisions after the sketch (e.g., changing the entire pose, reworking the outfit, switching the character, or requesting a new background) will incur additional fees depending on its complexity.

The estimated turnaround time for a commission ranges from 1 week to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. Completion may happen earlier or later than expected, but I will keep you informed if delays arise!

If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before commissioning. I DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS. Any request requiring a turnaround of less than one week will be politely declined, regardless of urgency.

Upon completion, you will receive the final artwork as a high-resolution PNG file with no watermark. Delivery will be made via email or Google Drive, depending on your preference. Please note that all commissions are digital–only. No physical items will be shipped.

Use the commissioned piece for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., as a profile picture, wallpaper, banner, etc.). You may use the commission to promote yourself or your content (e.g., on streaming layouts, portfolio headers) as long as credit is given and no profit is made directly from the artwork.

Create physical products (e.g., prints, stickers, keychains for decoration) strictly for personal use. These items cannot be used to later reproduce and sell as merchandise.

Repost the artwork on personal websites or social media platforms, with clear and full credit to me as the artist. Please tag or mention me as @pashiegom (it’s my username on all social media platforms) when doing so.

Do not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (selling, reselling, redistributing, merchandise, monetized content, etc.) without explicit written permission and commercial licensing. (Note: Commercial rights are not included by default in personal commissions here on Vgen. Please contact me if you’d like to inquire further.)

Do not submit the artwork to any AI datasets, image generation models, or NFT marketplaces.

Do not remove or fail to provide proper credit to me, @pashiegom, as the original artist.

Do not edit, redraw, filter, crop out signatures, or alter the artwork without my prior approval.

Do not claim the commissioned work as your own.

You intend to sell the artwork (e.g., in books, games, promotional material, merchandise).

You want to monetize content featuring the artwork (e.g., YouTube thumbnails, Patreon rewards, digital shop assets).

You’re representing a business or professional brand.

As the artist, I retain full intellectual property rights over all commissioned works. This means I remain the original creator and copyright holder, even after the final product is delivered to the client.

I also reserve the right to display commissioned artwork on my social media, website, and digital portfolio for the purposes of self-promotion and showcasing my work. When shared publicly, the image will always include a visible watermark to protect both your commission and my art from unauthorized use.

If you'd prefer your commission to remain private (e.g., for a surprise gift or sensitive project), please let me know in advance! I'd be happy to respect those requests when agreed upon beforehand.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. By commissioning me, you are paying for my time and creative effort, not just the final artwork. I do not offer refunds once payment is made, regardless of progress or completion status.

Exceptions will only be made in rare, case–by–case situations (e.g., personal emergencies or if I am completely unable to complete the commission).

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this clause in full.

You’re always welcome to ask for updates, but please understand that I may not respond immediately. I do my best to reply as soon as possible, but I also balance commissions with other responsibilities.
